How to reach Kidzania Dubai:
- By Metro: Take the metro to Burj Khalifa/The Dubai Mall station. Upon arrival at the station, head out to the main road. There is a feeder bus that goes from the station to the mall every 15 mins. Alternatively, the mall is a 15-min walk from the station via the air-conditioned Metro Link Bridge.
- By Car: If you plan to drive to The Dubai Mall from the center of Dubai, take the first interchange and proceed through Financial Centre Road (formerly Doha Street). You will see the road to The Dubai Mall on the right-hand side.

Notes:
- Children above 120 cm in height can be left alone inside KidZania. However, in this case, an adult or guardian (aged 17+) must be present at the KidZania entrance to check them in.

Must Know Before You Go for Kidzania Dubai Tickets
- Pets are not allowed inside KidZania.
- Parents or guardians must not leave their child alone in the queue or anywhere outside KidZania.
- Child must be accompanied by the adults at all times.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside KidZania.
- Re-admission into KidZania is not allowed. Once admitted inside KidZania, children cannot exit temporarily.
- Valid ID proof is required for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- Everyone from babies to senior citizens can visit KidZania, but most activities are suited to children aged 4-16. Children below 120cm must be accompanied by an adult.
- If visiting with a toddler and a child, you can take your toddler to the Fun First Nursery, while you accompany your older child around KidZania (additional costs apply).

Confirmation Policy
